What ScribeZip does
The product provides a private transcription workspace powered by OpenAI Whisper. Users can upload a supported file, review the generated transcript, and export documents, captions, spreadsheets, web files, or structured data.
Accuracy and responsible use
Speech recognition is a useful first draft, not a guarantee of perfect wording. Accuracy varies by language, recording quality, accent, background noise, overlapping speech, names, numbers, and specialist vocabulary. Important transcripts should always be reviewed before publication or professional use.
Privacy by default
Uploads take place inside a signed-in workspace. Source media is kept private while it is processed and is removed after processing by default. Account transcript history is available only to the signed-in user.
