What “Unlimited Transcription” Means
A plain-language explanation of the free allowance, paid Unlimited plan, fair use, and abuse protection.
Free: 3 transcriptions each day
Every signed-in free account can start up to 3 transcriptions per day. The allowance resets daily. Free exports include a short ScribeZip notice at the beginning and end.
Unlimited: frequent individual use
Unlimited removes the daily file count for normal individual use and removes the ScribeZip notice from exports. It is available as an annual plan billed at US$120 per year or a monthly plan billed at US$20.
Why fair-use rules exist
Unlimited does not authorize automated scraping, account sharing, resale, denial-of-service behavior, or attempts to bypass technical limits. Reasonable concurrency and file limits protect speed and availability for everyone.
