What “Unlimited” means in ScribeZip

ScribeZip Unlimited removes the free plan’s daily three-transcription limit for normal individual use. It is not a shared team license, a resale right, an automation loophole, or permission to bypass concurrency and abuse protections.

Every plan supports all 29 audio and video file extensions and all 9 export types. The key differences are the daily count, the ScribeZip notice in free exports, billing, and the fair-use terms attached to paid use.

What stays the same after upgrading

Unlimited increases how often one person can transcribe, adds asynchronous batches of up to 50 files, and unlocks AI organize, summaries, and full translation. Every task keeps its own progress and result, with the same timestamped review and nine export formats.

Accuracy also does not change with the plan. Recording quality, language, accent, background noise, overlapping speech, names, numbers, and specialist terms can affect every transcript, so review remains part of the workflow.

Why fair-use and abuse protections still apply

Unlimited is designed for frequent use by one person. Account sharing, automated scraping, resale, denial-of-service behavior, attempts to bypass technical limits, or high-frequency automation outside an approved API arrangement are not included.

Reasonable concurrency and rate controls protect processing speed and availability for everyone. If your workflow needs software integration or sustained automated volume, use the API instead of trying to automate the personal web plan.

The API is separate from Unlimited subscriptions

ScribeZip API access uses prepaid credits. Credits are consumed by billed media duration, rounded up to a whole minute, and they do not reset monthly. Unlimited web subscriptions do not replace API credits.

Choose the Free plan for occasional files, Unlimited Monthly when you want flexibility, Unlimited Yearly when your ongoing individual use justifies the annual commitment, and API credits when software needs to create transcription jobs.
